Kids Fitness (Ages approx. 4–9)

Wednesdays | 15:00 – 16:00

Our Kids Fitness classes are all about movement, fun, and building healthy habits from an early age. Through playful games, basic strength training, coordination drills, and age-appropriate workouts, kids stay active and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

Perfect for little athletes or any child who simply loves to move! No prior experience needed.

 

 

CrossFit Teens (Ages approx. 10–16)

Fridays | 17:30 – 18:20

Designed specifically for teens, this class introduces them to CrossFit-style training in a structured, age-appropriate way. We focus on proper technique, body awareness, and functional strength — all while boosting endurance, mobility, and mental resilience.

Whether your teen is already active in sports or just starting out, this program builds strength, confidence, and a love for fitness.
