CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman over several decades. Glassman, CrossFit’s Founder and CEO, was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. He then created a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health.
FITNESS FOR MOMS
We offer 2 options for mami`s:
-MamiFit® Fitness - 1 hour of training focussed on strength, core and stamina. Your kids can join you or just watch.
-MamiFit® Rückbildung - 6 to 8 weeks after birth we advice our mami`s to go through this process so we can properly progress you back into your fitness.
In both of these classes we have limited availability. Your kids and or baby can join you, we have some toys.
Our MamiFit® trainers are educated by BeBo® and they are specialist when it comes to training during and after pregnancy.

HEALTHY & STRONG SHOULDERS
The Shoulder Academy is our newest project and gives people of all fitness levels the opportunity to strenghten, stabilize and fix their shoulders.
Three different programs summarized as "RAP":
Get your motor control back after surgery or a damaged shoulder. Most issues are caused by small tear and can be fixed without surgery.
Activate your shoulder to use the full potential. Pain free and stable shoulders are the base for an active and healthy life.
If you are already pain free and your motor control is on point, strenghten your shoulders with this program and keep them in good condition.
CLEAN & JERK AND SNATCH
We offer a weekly weightlifting program, in which we look in depth at the olympic lifts (snatch or clean & jerk). An experienced coach will break down the technique, offer accessory exercises and mobility work which will all help to improve efficiency of the olympic lift in question. An improvement in olympic lifting will directly translate into becoming more efficient in general CrossFit classes.
Starting from Saturday 8th of October we are re-introducing Weightlifting back to our schedule.
This is a basic weightlifting class that suits and serves all levels.
There will be a general warm up, we work on strength and olympic weightlifting specific movements like, snatch wide deadlift, behind the press, overhead squats, strict press, high pull etc. We also do a work out where we put our lifts under more intensity so we can test them in this environment of CrossFit.

The minds behind ROMWOD know that one size does not fit all, which is why they offer hundreds of routines you can sort through based on your goals, the amount of time you have and the body part you’re focused on. Don’t know where to begin? No problem. You can follow one of their pre-set routines.
Important note: remember that mobility and flexibility are not the same thing! Mobility is the ability to move freely without stress on the body, and it’s an umbrella term that includes flexibility. Flexibility refers to how well our soft tissues can stretch. The two terms are not the same, but they do affect each other.
